P#2. Warrior of the Waset ( Thebes). Warrior Arts vs Martial Arts what is the difference? Yes. My new title for writing on topics such as this. As stated in Part 1, we basically broke down what a Martial Artist is and A Warrior Artist is.
Now let's look at the word " Arts ". The word for Arts literally means skills. A Martial Artist is one who has the ( Mars+ Arts-Skills easy break down) or in other words " fighting skills" MMA, UFC, TAP, etc. As we have already seen from part 1 on the code of combat ( to fight in French) linguistics, words really do have meanings. Warrior Arts is one who engages in combat or warfare " skills".
These skills includes: Problem Solving, Combatives, Weapons, Hunting, and Survival Skills. The Medjay of Nubia used Warrior Arts in their land and in Kemet ( Egypt). There is quite a difference. Urbanized Guerillas used the same type skills in a vary of countries. There are books out there such as Sun Tzu on the Art of War, etc. I do hope this was put into some perspective. I wrote this not to be biased, but to present the difference between what some is and is not. My own opinion, I like both. I am a learner no doubt. Learn. Grow and Prosper.
